 Our Story

Alina's vision for this project was born from a simple realization: that information is the most powerful tool for wellness. However, for many young girls, finding health information that feels clear, relevant, and easy to understand can be very difficult.

As a student advocate, she bridges the gap between complex health resources and student needs, fostering a community built on trust and clarity.

We saw a gap between the health resources that exist and the way young people actually access and understand them. Important topics such as periods, body changes, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health can often feel complicated, overwhelming, or uncomfortable to talk about.

We created this project to help bridge that gap. By making health information more accessible and youth-friendly, we hope to create a space where girls can learn without judgment, ask questions with confidence, and feel better prepared to speak up for their own health.

What started as an effort to make health information easier to understand has then grown into a shared mission to build a community shaped by knowledge, trust, and open conversation.

Meet Our Founder

I am Alina, a student who loves biology and wants to help my peers. This project started in my high school hallways after hearing friends ask questions like: "Is this normal?" or "Why am I feeling this way?" Often, we were too embarrassed to ask adults and found the internet confusing or scary. I created this booklet to bridge that gap. I believe health isn't just a doctor's visit; it is about how confidence, your education, feeling safe, and having healthy relationships all work together. By looking at the whole person, we can turn confusion into clarity. I hope this helps you feel more informed and ready to make the best possible decisions for your own life and future journey.
